Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation, or validity thereof, shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall be held in San Francisco County, California, or at another location mutually agreed upon.
Class Action Waiver: You and SOBS Pets agree that each may bring claims against the other only in your or its individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding.
Jury Trial Waiver: To the fullest extent permitted by law, you and SOBS Pets irrevocably waive any right to trial by jury in any legal proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms.

If the arbitration agreement is found to be unenforceable or if you validly opt out, you agree that any judicial proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
